1. Heat oven to 350F (180C)
2. Mix vegetable pil, eggs in a bowl.
3. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and mix.
4. Add in apples and mix.
5. Pour mix into a well oiled pan.
6. Bake at 350F for one hour.
