Add first 5 ingrediants together and flatten
Mix eggs and rum together. Pour on flat mixture
Slice, peel and core apples. Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle on top of apples
Layer apples on top of cake
Melt margarine and drizzle over apples
Bake 375 for 30 minutes
Add 1/3 cup apricot preserves. Add warm water to preserves till consistency of thickened liquid
Drizzle over top
