Suggest a better descriptionIn a 4 quart saucepan bring cider to boiling. Boil gently over medium heat about 20 minutes or until cider is reduced to specified amount in recipe. Add quartered apples and sugar; toss gently to combine. Gently simmer apples covered until apples are soft-- about 20 minutes. Stir once. Serve warm with ham. See recipe for Ham baked in apple cider.
