MIX together the apple slices, 1/4 c. Splenda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Arrange in the pastry shell. Sprinkle the nuts over the apples.
BAKE in a for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the heat down to 325.
CREAM together the Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, salt and the cream cheese. Add the eggs and mix until smooth. Add to this the cream and vanilla and mix well.
POUR over the apples in the pie shell.
BAKE in the 325 oven for 40 minutes.
