Combine the apple slices and the regular sugar in a bowl. Spread into baking dish.
Combine the rest of the ingredients (use a fork and then your hands if necessary) well. Spread the crumbles over top of apples.
Bake 30 minutes. Top with some vanilla ice cream when serving warm.
