If you love apple pie, then you'll love this!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In mixing bowl, combine sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, cinnamon, and salt. Add apples and toss gently.
Spread apple mixture in a 13x9 baking dish.
In another bowl, combine 1 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Cut in butter pieces until clumps form. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes or until mixtures is bubbly and apples are tender. Serve when cool.
Add more cinnamon to the apple mixture. The more cinnamon, the better! :)
