Apple Crumble in pie dish
Preheat oven to 180c. Grease deep 1.5 litre baking dish.
Peel, core & quarter apples. Cook apples, sugar & water in large saucepan over low heat, covered about 10 minutes. Drain.
Crumble - rub butter into flour stir in other ingredients (sugar and cinnamon)
Place apples into dish, sprinkle over crumble mixture.
Bake for approx 25 minutes.
