Throw the pork loin roast in the slow cooker, cover it with the quick/easy sauce and come back hours later to a great dinner.
Put pork loin roast in slow cooker.
Whisk together the juice, broth and mustard and pour over roast
Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours
Remove pork and put in a serving bowl or platter and separate with two forks
Mix the cornstarch with a cup of water and then add to remaining sauce in slow cooker. Stir well and let heat up till thick. Serve on the side or poured over the pork.
*Recipe is also good without the gravy if you want to skip that step/avoid the trouble.
My family loves this with mashed potatoes, a green vegetable, and a pan of Sister Shubert's Yeast Rolls. Leftovers are great on a sandwich.
