Fun with Fall apples
Heat oil to 375
Combine in a bowl the beaten egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon & sour cream.
Mix well & add flour.
Dip apples in batter & carefully place in oil. Cook 1-2 minutes; turn & cook 1-2 min. more.
Remove fritters & drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (opt).
Serve warm
