First dice (peel) the apple, measure out 1/2 cup and put it in a bowl. Next you measure out 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt and put that in the bowl. Then measure out 1/2 cup of low fat granola and dump it into the bowl. Finally ENJOY!!
