Puff pastry hand pies baked
Combine apples,flour,lemon zest and juice and cinnamon. In small bowl combine brown sugar,melted butter,vanilla and salt. Place a heaping tablespoon of apples in center of pastry add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar mixture. Seal up pastry brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sugar . Bake at 425degrees for about 15 -18 minutes or until golden brown
