Baked Pork Chops
Preheat oven to 350°.
Trim any excess fat from pork chops. Brown in a nonstick pan, covered with cooking spray.
Arrange in baking dish in a singlle layer.
Sprinkle pork chops with sage, salt & pepper. Cover with apple juice.
Cover and bake about 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
