Sift flour, salt sugar and cinnamon into mixing bowl. Add eggs, melted butter, and milk. Mix to smooth batter. Fold in grated apples. Pour into 12 greased party muffin tins. Bake in pre-heated oven 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked. Serve warm.
