These are good
Stir together oat bran, regular white flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and ginger. Lightly beat together egg whites, oil, buttermilk, maple syrup. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in apples just to mix. Spoon batter into 9 lightly greased muffin tins. Bake in preheated 400F oven for 20 minutes.
