I like pie!
!.Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Pare, core and slice apples.
3. Combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon and pour over the apples. If the apples are very tart, increase sugar to 2/3 cup. If they're bland, add a little lemon juice.
4.. Place apples in prepared pie crust.
5.. Dot the top of the apples with 1.5 tbs butter.
6.. Put on top crust . After forking the pie crust, sprinkle a little milk on the top and dust with sugar.
7. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce the tempurature to 350 degrees and bake until done, 35 to minutes or until crust is golden brown.
