Suggest a better descriptionSprinkle raisins on bottom of quiche shell. Peel, core and slice apples; arrange over raisins. Whisk eggs, cream, sugar and cinnamon until mixed; pour over apples. Bake in 375F oven for 50 minutes or until nearly firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving or serve at room temperature. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
