1. Turn your oven to broil.
2.Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until no longer
pink, 2-3 minutes. Add the sage, thyme and diced apple. Cook until the apple begins to
soften, 2-3 minutes.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the salt and pepper until well combined. Place the butter
in an oven safe skillet over medium heat. When melted, add the eggs and sausage mix.
Let sit for 1-2 minutes for the bottom to set. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook
for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the eggs are set.
4.To serve, slice the frittata and place one slice on your plate. Enjoy!
