1. Mix cake mix, butter and coconut. Press into rectangular slice tin or casserole dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Mix sour cream and apple. Spread over cooled base. Cook for further 20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
3. Cut into squares. Serve hot or cold.
