Suggest a better descriptionCombine half of the apples with 1/3 cup of sugar in a large bowl, toss and set aside.
Combine all other ingredients (except cinnamon sugar). Mix it into a smooth batter.
Place the apples mixed with sugar from the first bowl in a baking dish sprayed with pam. Pour the remaining apples mixed with batter.
Generously sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Cover with foil (make sure it makes a tent and is not touching the apple mixture).
Bake for 1 hour covered with foil and 10 minutes uncovered at 350. Serve warm.
