Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl stir together flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder, and nutmeg. In a large bowl stir together egg whites, brown sugar, apple, oil, and orange peel. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture just til combined. Spray an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray coating. Pour batter into pan. Bake in a 350 degrees oven-gas mark 4. For 45-50 minutes.
