Great for casual meals where you can shape the patties into small bite sizes. If it's for dinner, turn them into round patties, slice some cucumbers, onions and tomatoes and then combine it with your favorite burger sauces and you're good to go. Healthy One-Dish Cooking
1. In a large bowl, mix minced pork with spring onions, garlic, ginger, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, chili sauce, sriracha sauce, steak powder, soy sauce, corn starch (alternative: what/potato flour) well
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan and fry the shaped patties on both sides until browned (till it holds its shape)
3. If using OVEN : Line in heat-proof pan with foil and turn the oven up to 140 - 160 degrees , pop patties into oven for approximately 25 minutes (depends on your oven)
4. If using AIR FRYER : Line up patties nicely (using accessories if you have it, it's OK if you don't. Just flip the patties twice throughout), pop patties into air fryer and cook at 150 degrees for approximately 20 minutes
5. Service with buttered toast/bun, sauces and cut-up vegetables.
