Roll pastry to 25cm x 10cm trim to shape all sides bake in hot oven for 20mins.
When cool, cut in half horizontally.
Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon and sultanas.
Beat pudding with milk and cream.
Place bottom of pastry on serving dish, spread with jam, top with apple mix, then pudding, sprinkle with almonds then place pastry on top, sprinkle with icing sugar.
