When cool, cut in half horizontally.
Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon and sultanas.
Beat pudding with milk and cream.
Place bottom of pastry on serving dish, spread with jam, top with apple mix, then pudding, sprinkle with almonds then place pastry on top, sprinkle with icing sugar.
