Suggest a better descriptionmix dry ingredients in bowl. Place 1 egg in glass measuring cup and add enough milk to make 2/3 cup. Add to dry ingredients and mix like a pie crust. Roll 1/2 dough into cooking sheet. Then crunch 4 handfuls of cornflakes over crust. Slice apples and sprinkle 1 cup sugar & nutmeg over top & put on top crust. Bake 45 minutes at 350. While hot frost lightly with a powdered sugar frosting. Frosting: Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until spreadable (mixture will thicken slightly as it sets).
