1. In Skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium high heat. (Brown both sides)
2. Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
3. Spread pie filling into greased 9x13 cake pan. Place pork chops on top. Spoon stuffing over pork chops.
4. Cover with foil. Bake 350(F) degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover. Bake 10 minutes longer.
Do not use sugar free pie filling. Normal pie filling tastes much better.
