This is a very good side dish. It's especially good at Thanksgiving.
Cut each apple into three thick crosswise slices. In skillet, melt margarine. Brown apple rings on both sides (rings should still be firm). Mix together remaining ingredients. Place apple rings on greased baking sheet. Spread mixture on top of apple rings. Bake in 350 degree oven, 15 minutes.
