Melt butter in 9x13 inch shallow pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over butter. Arrange apples over sugar. Sift flour and salt together. Beat eggs until light. Add flour and 1/2 cup milk to eggs, beat until well blended. Gradually add last cup of milk; beat until smooth. Gengly pour over apples; bake at 450 ? for 25-30 minutes. Serve at once cut in squares.
