Place an apple in center of each dough square. Fill the core with raisins. Mix margarine with brown sugar. pour over raisins. Bring edges of dough together, secure tightly.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 30 min.
Preheat oven to 425,
(Extra: Combine remaining margarine with brown sugar, add water, bring to boil, boil for 5 min, until syrupy. Brush syrup onto each apple. Bake for 10 min. Reduce to 350 and bake an additional 30 min.
