Suggest a better descriptionSimply peel, core, and slice the apples. Put the apple slices into a slow cooker, with water, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon. Cover and turn on high. Come back three to four hours later and mash the apples. Let cool slightly and ladle into airtight containers; seal. Chill for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
