Place fresh herbs, garlic, ginger, onion in bowl, chop of 6 seconds speed 7
All oil and saute for 2 minutes / 100?C / Speed 1
Add carrots and capsicum and chop 3 seconds / speed 7
Insert butterfly. Add chicken and 50g nectar. Cook 2 minutes 100?C / reverse speed soft
Add remaining nectar, water, stock, rice, salt, pepper. Cook 17 minutes / 100?C / speed soft
Add peas 2 minutes before end of cooking time. Pour into Thermo server or rice cooker on warm and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Do not use more of anything as macine is working to capacity.
