Suggest a better descriptionGrease a standard loaf pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees
Medium bowl - yogurt, egg and jam.... Add 1 cup of flour and half of the spices plus baking soda stir until batter is evenly moist.
Add remaining flour and spices. If consistency feels too thick add a few drops of cold water or vanilla soy milk. Fold in apricots and currants.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
