Spray broiler rack with nonstick spray and preheat broiler
Make Glaze:
stir together spreadable fruit and vinegar in a small bowl. Place chicken on broiler rack and sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, 1/4 tsp pepper and salt. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Brush chicken with 1/2 of glaze. Broil turning occasionally, and basting with remaining glaze until chicken is cooked through - about 15 minutes longer. Cover to keep warm.
Spray another medium rimmed baking pan with non-stick spray. place tomatoes in prepared pan. Broil 5 minutes,. Stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan, oil and remaining 1/4 tsp pepper in small bowl. Sprinkle over tomatoes. Broil until crumbs are lightly browned about 3 minutes longer.
Serve with Chicken.
Kale:
Trim and thinly slice 1 lb of kale and steam until tender -about 8 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve Chicken and Tomatoes over kale.
