Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl comine all crumb mixture ingredients. Beat at low speed until crumbly. RESERVE 1 CUP CRUMB MIXTURE; press remaining crumb mixture on bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Spread apricot preserves to within 1/2-inch from edge of crumb mixture; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and coconut. Bake for 22 to 27 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
