Suggest a better descriptionFlatten medallions slightly. Heat 1 Tablespoon of butter over Medium-High heat in a skillet. Saute pork about 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan. To juice, add 1 tsp. buitter, apricot jam, green onions, mustard and cider vinegar. Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add prok to heat through. Serve with buttered noodles. and green salad.
