2. Mix together flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter till crumbly.
3. Press 2/3 crumb mix into a greased 8” square pan, building up sides 1/2”.
4. Spread apricot preserves over crumb layer. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
5. Pat down gently. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on rack.
