Light and Easy Summer Dessert
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place apricots in a baking dish.
3. Mix butter with almonds, oats, and brown sugar.
4. Sprinkle almond mixture on each of the apricots. Bake for 20 minutes.
Great with asian style tuna cakes, marinated cucumbers, and soba noodle salad.
