Mix together the ground lamb, salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, allspice, onions, tomato sauce and egg whites. Lay out each tortilla on an un-greased baking sheet and put about ? cup of the meat mixture on each. Spread it out to within 1-inch of the edge. Sprinkle on some of the grated cheese. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until meat is browned and the edges are crisp.
