Suggest a better description1/ Preheat over to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2/ Beat butter & sugar just until smooth. Beat in egg & vanilla.
3/ Combine all purpose flour, arrowroot flour, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture and mix well.
4/ On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out 1/8 inch thick. Cut into a dozen rounds or squares then transfer to prepared baking sheet.
5/ Bake in preheated oven until edges are a golden brown, typically 8-10 minutes.
