Suggest a better descriptionCombine el agua, sal y grasa en un caldero. Póngalo a fuego mediano-alto para que hierva. Lave el arroz. Cuando el agua hierva agregue el arroz. Muévalo una sola vez para que mezclen los ingredinetes. Déjelo a temperatura moderada sin taparlo o moverlo, hasta que seque. Cuando seque, baje el fuego, y combine el arroz de modo que la parte que se encontraba abajo esta vez quede arriba. Tápelo y deje cocer a temperatura baja alrededor deunos 20 a 30 minutos. (A la mitad del tiempo, muévalo como antes mencionamos).
