Arroz con leche asturiano
Ponemos en una pota la leche con la rama de canela, la corteza de liom y una pizca de sal. Lo dejamos hervir 10min y reservamos.
Lavamos el arroz con agua fria (solo aclararlo ligeramente) y lo ponemos en otra pota con el agua. Rehogamos a fuego lento hasta q se consuma el agua. Añadimos la leche y dejamos q se vaya haciendo a fuego lento (mas o menos durante 1h).
Cuando la mayoria de la leche se haya consumido (pero la mezcla siga estando liquida) echamos el azucar y la mantequilla, revolvemos durante 5min y lo repartimos en los recipientes.
Cuando este frio, espolvoreamos un poco de canela por encima y nevera.
