Drain one jar of artichoke juice itno frying pan. Cut pieces into thirds and toss out hard skins.
Saute chopped onion in juice until soft. In a large bowl, blend eggs, bread crumbs and seasonings. Add in all cheese, artichokes and onions. Mix and pour into 8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 in middle rack for 30 minutes.
