Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400°. Place artichoke hearts on a lined baking sheet,
drizzle with oil and roast for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and
set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare linguine according to package directions, drain and
set aside.
Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots and
mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and white wine and bring to
a simmer. Add black pepper; reduce heat to low. After 5 minutes,
slowly stir in cream, cheese and lemon juice until cheese is melted.
Add artichokes and linguine and toss to coat.
