Suggest a better descriptionPat quartered artichoke hearts dry with paper towel. Cut each prosciutto slice crosswise
in half. Wrap each artichoke in prosciutto slice.
Place artichokes in single layer in 13x9 dish.
Pour cream over, sprinkle with gorgonzola cheese, pine nuts, Parmesan and sage.
Bake until bubbling and sauce thickens, about 25min
Serve warm
