Drain marinade of 1 jar of artichokes into frying pan and saute onion and garlic, stirring constantly until lightly brown. Beat eggs with fork. Add chopped artichokes, onions, and rest of ingredients. Stir well. Bake in buttered 7 by 11 pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Cut in 1 inch squares. If made ahead reheat at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Use toothpicks and serve warm. Makes 6 dozen.
