Easy home-made bread.
Turn the oven on for a few minutes, then turn off but leave the light on.
In a bowl, stir the flour, salt, yeast and water until combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set at in the warm oven for 6-8 hours or until its full and fluffy.
Turn dough out onto well floured surface and form into an elongated loaf.
Place on a piece of parchment paper and rest for 30 minutes, (block up the sides to keep the loaf fuller).
Pre-heat oven and baking dish with high sides (I use crock pot liner) to 450 F.
Transfer to hot baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes until golden brown.
Cool completely before slicing.
