Mix water and yeast. Add the rest of the ingredients. Put lid on bowl with small opening to allow gases to escape. Let sit on counter for 2 hours. Can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks. When you want to make a loaf just grab a chunk of bread out of bowl and shape into loaf. Place on pan that is lined with parchment paper and has corn meal sprinkled on it. Let rise for 90 minutes.
Bake @ 425 for 20 plus minutes, depending on size of loaf (until golden brown)
