1. Slice each broccoli horizontally into thin, flat slices, coat them with olive oil and lay in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet
2. Sprinkle salt evenly over all broccoli, making sure not to miss any (sprinkle pepper too)
3. Roast for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Asiago cheese
4. Bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese melts
