Savoury shortbread
Bake 180 (350 F) 18 minutes or until edges start to brown
In a bowl, mix butter and olive oil until creamy
Add Asiago, flour, salt and black pepper
Mix to form dough
*Do not over work
Divide into two
Form into log and roll in parchment or waxed paper
Freeze or chill until stiff (or until needed)
Using a sharp knife slice into 1/4 discs.
Arrange on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Cool on wire rack
