Slice wontons into 1/2" strips and deep fry in vegetable oil until lightly browned. Drain and set aside. Can substitute prepared wontons.
Combine lettuce, chicken pieces, peanuts, sesame seeds and cilantro.
Combine ingredients from dry mustard to end of list for salad dressing.
Toss with dress and add crispy wontons just before serving.
