Delicious vegan main with a side to my vegan buns or potstickers. So simple to make. Crispy and flavorful.
Add your oil to either a hot wok or dutch oven. Add the shallots and the garlic to the pan stirring constantly for about 2 minutes, they should be fragrant and beginning to soften, but not brown.
Add the Baby Boy Choy and toss to coat.
Add the soy sauce and the toasted sesame oil and toss to coat again. Cook for another 1 minute.
Cover the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
Uncover stir once more and plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
