Asian salas with spicy wasabi greens
1.Whisk together the orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, honey and pepper. Slowly add the olive oil, whisking until the
dressing thickens.
2. Pour the vinaigrette into the Mason jar.
3. Next add the red pepper as a barrier between the dressing and the mandarin oranges.
4. Now add the salad greens - first the Asian greens, then the green onions, wasabi greens and sprouts.
5. Top with the chow mien noodles, seal the jar, and refrigerate until ready to use.
6. Serve in a bowl.
